01

Your brand. Live.

Not a plan. A brand. Launched in market. With real customers paying real money for what you've built.

02

Your business operating system.

The EPIC Brand Map — a strategic framework that guides every decision you make. Not borrowed from Silicon Valley. Built for your context. For your venture. For the specific problem you're solving.

03

A cohort that stays.

Not a class that ends in December. A group of people who will know your work, understand your vision, and back your ambitions for years to come. These are the people you'll build India's next great brands with.

Who Is This For

Drive

You have something you need to build. The urgency is internal — it does not require the right moment or external permission.

Aspiration

The goal is a brand that operates at a global standard — not because of where it is built, but because of how it is built and what it stands for.

Humility.

You are willing to learn from people who know things you don't. You are here to build something real, not to be the smartest person in the room.

Tenacity.

Brands are built over years. You understand that. And you're willing to commit to the long haul because you genuinely believe in what you're building.

FAQ

What is Brand Foundry?

Brand Foundry is a six-month immersive venture-building programme for next-generation family business leaders who want to build enduring brands from India.

Across immersive modules, participants work on either a new venture or the transformation of their family business — moving from opportunity to market with faculty, practitioners, peers, and real customer validation.

Who is the programme designed for?

The programme is designed for next-generation family business leaders, and entrepreneurial successors, who want to transform their family business into a brand-led enterprise or build a venture or brand of their own with long-term ambition and strategic intent.

Is Brand Foundry a family business programme?

Brand Foundry is an advanced management programme built for the next generation in family business.

While the programme focuses on venture building, branding, and enterprise creation, it is designed around the realities many business families face today — leadership transition, enterprise evolution, and building relevance for a changing world.

Do I need a complete business idea to apply?

No. You do not need a fully developed business idea before applying. A broad opportunity area, product concept, category interest, or ambition to transform an existing family business is enough.

The programme is designed to help participants clarify, validate, and develop the opportunity over time.

Does the venture need to be separate from the family business?

Not necessarily. The venture can be independent, connected to the family business, or the family business itself. What matters is that there is a real opportunity to build — whether that means creating a new brand, entering a new category, or transforming an existing business into a stronger brand-led enterprise.

What does the programme involve?

Participants work on their own venture or family business through immersive modules across India, practitioner-led sessions, brand-building frameworks, faculty reviews, and real-world market execution.

The experience is designed to move them towards a live brand with real customers over six months.

How much time does the programme require?

Brand Foundry is a six-month, in-person programme structured across seven immersive modules in India. Each module involves three to five days of participation. Between modules, participants continue building their venture independently with faculty guidance and milestone reviews.

What does a participant leave with?

Participants leave with one of two outcomes:

  • A live brand already in the market, with a validated business model, brand identity, and go-to-market strategy.
  • A meaningfully repositioned family business with sharper positioning, stronger differentiation, and a clearer path for future growth.

More importantly, they leave with a deeper understanding of how to build brands and ventures with clarity, ambition, and long-term relevance.

What is EPIC Brand Map™?

The EPIC Brand Map is a proprietary strategic framework developed by EBI and integrated throughout the programme.

It helps participants make decisions across positioning, branding, business strategy, customer experience, and long-term enterprise development.

What does the programme cost?

The programme fee is ₹8,25,000, exclusive of GST. This includes immersions, faculty sessions, accommodation during outstation modules, course materials, and on-ground programme logistics. Intercity travel is not included.

How do I apply?

Brand Foundry is an invite-only programme for next-generation family business leaders and entrepreneurial successors.

We welcome applications from individuals ready to build with ambition, seriousness, and long-term vision. Selected applicants may be invited to continue through the admissions process following review.
